Laser skin rejuvenation is capable of treating many skin conditions that cause discoloration, typically “brown spots”. The most commonly treated areas for laser skin rejuvenation are the face and hands. The light energy delivered by the BBL will gently heat up the upper layers of your skin. You may briefly feel a warm sensation as the light is absorbed by the targeted areas. After have the laser skin rejuvenation procedure, areas treated will darken and eventually flake off. The length of this specific type of cosmetic procedure depends on the area being treated. Laser skin rejuvenation is a non-invasive procedure and you can resume most regular activities right away, however, sun exposure should be avoided until the treated area is fully healed. A series of 2-3 laser skin rejuvenation treatments, spaced 4 weeks apart, is typical for most patients.

Many people have the Micro Laser Peel procedure performed on a Thursday or Friday and return to work on Monday.

Laser Ablation of Seborrheic Keratosis
Seborrheic Keratoses do not require treatment because they are not cancerous or otherwise damaging to your health. If a seborrheic keratosis causes pain and discomfort or causes you concern about how it looks, your doctor can remove it. The patient has the option to have a surgical excision or to have a laser treatment on the growth. Most choose laser to minimize scarring.
